Shipping charges are calculated automatically after you have selected your region
or UK postcode on the cart page up to certain maximum parcel weights depending on
the destination. If your destination is not shown please email or telephone for
UK Mainland, Highland & Islands and Channel Islands - Maximum weight 30kgs
Europe and World Zone 1 (America , Canada etc.) - Maximum Weight per parcel 2kgs
sent by Royal Mail ‘International Signed For’ service.
Please note that due to increasing losses we now have to charge parcels to Europe
and World Zone 1 at International Signed For rates.
For large orders over 2kgs to Europe or World Zone 1 (America, Canada etc.) we can
provide individual shipping quotations. Please email your order to us and we will
calculate the weight and advise you of the shipping options.
Goods are normally sent out within 2 -3 days of ordering. If an item is not in stock
we will advise you.
We hold a large number of castings in stock but you may have to wait if a pattern
has to be re cast at the foundry. We will advise if this is the case.
Deliveries are sent by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Courier depending on weight.
We are a mail order/online shop and are not able to receive visitors
Illustrations, dimensions and weights issued by the company are to be regarded as
guidance only and cannot be held binding in any way. The company reserves the right
to alter pattern designs without notice.
You have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen working days beginning
with the day following receipt of the goods (unless you have opened sealed goods)
by sending an email to email@example.com In addition, you must at your expense
send your cancelled order to the return address. If you wish to exercise your right
to cancel your order prior to shipping, please email as soon as possible after placing
your order and we will cancel shipment if at all possible. We will refund the price
paid as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days from your notification that you
wished to cancel the order. We will only refund the cost of the goods to you, the
original shipping cost in sending the goods to you is not refundable. If you wish
to return goods then this is at your own cost unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.
Where goods supplied are damaged, incorrect or faulty we will either replace the
item or issue a full refund within 30 days of notice. We may request goods to be
returned for inspection, prior to agreeing to any refund, at your cost. If goods
are confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied we will refund any carriage
costs incurred in returning the goods .We recommend that you get a posting receipt
when you mail your return. We are not responsible for lost returns. Please allow
up to 3 weeks after a returned item is received for processing. Repeated returns
and excessive damage to product may or may not be credited or replaced. We will notify
you via e-mail of your refund. Please note that the returns policy only applies to
new goods. We do not operate a returns policy for second hand goods. Please send
